It happens to everyone, but it is all in how you handle the situation that puts you above them. Your mama handled it like a champ. I used to work at a place that had a huge break area. Whenever someone would walk out of the room they were the one that everyone else in the room talked about. Once we learned this odd circumstance, we all tried to be the last one out of the room.

I've noticed how that happens and I just accept it. A few times I've been wrong when people turned out to be very nice, and I felt badly - not that I had misjudged, but that I had judged. I feel a poem coming on... lol.
