Good Afternoon
This is absolutely true! I always put my cart away and I never litter on the ground. When people drive down our street sometimes they throw their trash out. I just don't understand it.

I always make sure to return my buggy so that it doesn't get blown away by the wind. I don't know how many times that I have had to catch a runaway buggy that someone has abandoned in the middle of the parking lot because they were too damn lazy to put it in its proper place.
