To me, writing takes on a life of its own. Sometimes I sit down at the computer and the next thing I know I've come up with a new storyline and all-new characters. It's easy for me though because I write about animals that are also detectives. It's what I'm known for and it's fun too.

Stories most certainly have a way of doing just that. The creator of the story can turn it into a journey that can become a bestseller or a simple notion where thoughts on paper have become nothing more than a moment of much-needed therapy.
