Re: TAPS,

Never ever have I gone skiing! One daughter did, but the other, when invited, said, "NO! Someone might see me fall!"  Which tells you something about my two daughters' different personalities.

My son had a cat when we were in SydneyAustralia. We had a duplex we lived downstairs and son and wife lived up. His cat would cross the street diagonally and jump into the back yard of the house there. She would be fed and fussed over then she would come back and without looking at me, dash up stairs.

Cats are rather cunning I think mine has found another home because he sometimes does not appear to be hungry and another time he will bite my hand off,

Ciel, I think it's so awesome that Embers has someone that wants to visit.  I'm glad it is warming up.  It is so cold here.  It's somewhere around 0 degrees outside.  It's just too cold for me.  I hope you have a wonderful day!

Do you ever go skiing?  There used to be some good places to ski around you but I don't know if Covid and wildfires have changed all that.   I'm having fun picturing some of us ladyfriends going skiing together.  LOL

So, Romeo has come calling again, but Embers disdains him...

Sounds about right. Glad to read of your warmup - I hope it's on its way to this neck of the frozen woods, too.  Stay cozy.

Yay for sunshine. Today is the first day in a week that I have felt the sun in our area. Spring cannot come fast enough for me. As for Embers, he just doesn't know that he needs a new friend, but he will eventually cave in once he gets used to the orange beast.
