Receiving communion on the tongue, with the priest, sanitizing his hands- is my idea of faith kid.

Our Church has ripped out the benches and installed chairs all so far apart.

Good Morning

FSI, thank you for sharing your experiences with St. Alphonsus.  When I first started hearing rumors of a pandemic I never dreamed it would change the way we worshipped in the church.  I think St. Alphonsus has taken many precautions to prevent the spread of COVID and to still allow worshippers access to everything that they have become accustomed to throughout the years.  My belief is that we should all be allowed access to God's house to pray and give thanks.  I do pray at home and I always pray for anyone in need.

So many churches have closed down due to the pandemic, leaving worshippers with no outlet for experiencing God's words other than from reading their Bibles at home. This church is obviously highly aware of the dangers of spreading the COVID. It was a smart choice for you to choose to attend their services. Safety is still a really big deal.
