I am so sorry to hear about this. I do not believe this was anyone's fault and nobody should feel guilty about what happened. I think everyone did the best they could and unfortunately, the gentleman passed away. My heart goes out to all of you. This was a very unfortunate thing to happen and I feel so bad for all of you and your customer's family.

That is quite a bit of shock and sadness to take in for one day.
I am so sorry that you experienced such a thing. There was nothing that anyone could have done from the sounds of your description of the ordeal. He may have had health issues, or he could have had a sudden heart attack. I guess that you will learn what his fate was once you are contacted about his death or read it in the newspaper.
