Re: FSI

It's about a 10 on the Gross Meter. Thank you.

That is nice you use those boxes. I know other areas have critters. As long as they stay outside, I'm happy. Thank you.

Re: CCT Thank you. I appreciate that.

In California, Southern California, the problem is common. The palm trees attract them. It was like living in a Stephen King novel. And with a fresh surgery, to boot.

Yucky, yucky. I remember there being a terrible order. Somehow a mouse got stuck in a stack of buckets and could not get out.

Sea Gypsy

Those would be scary.

Uh oh, they are a pain, but it happens to the best of us.

We have multiple bird feeders out in the yard, and while I have not seen any rats, we get moles and field mice who scamper around searching for a meal. We use the humane, "no-kill" boxes that capture the little suckers so that we can move them to a better location other than our house.

Goodness S.G. I would have been frantic. Folk have bird tables around here and I think the occasional brown rat becomes fairly used to humans. You poor thing, our house is  brick. I don't think I have ever have even seen a mouse indoors. My brother goes in a panic if he sees a spider.

Re: Goldie

I apologize for upsetting you. I forgot my sister had the same reaction. There is not a real Rat Patrol. I was using the name of an old TV show as humor. and the Rat Pack was a group of celebritie who hung out together. We hired a company and it was expensive. I don’t know what other toens do For the problem and I don’t know the size. I do know about the ones at my brither’s Home. He lives in a pretty area more rural than where I am.  Thank you for reading.

Sea Gypsy, I loved your post but truthfully it makes me queezy.  The thought of this is almost more than I can take!  How big were these rodents?  We live in the suburbs too. A few years ago one of my neighbors saw a rat way back in the woods. That still upsets me.  Does every city have rat patrol?  I've never heard of them.

Pat

Thank you, Pat. I hope it's fixed now. We shall see. The Rat Pack gave a warranty so I'll be seeing them again next week. Glad you enjoyed the report.
