Re:

C_C_T, this is such a worrisome time.  We still have a curfew in the city and they are now talking about another strain of the virus.  They are trying to map out a plan for people to get the vaccine but it's a very slow process.

Glad that you are doing OK. We might be going into more lock downs. It is rather worrying.

Sassy, I'm so glad you get to see the kids!  I know they are missing you and John!

Sassy, that's how I'm going to make my pot roast too.  Very low and slow.  It will be so good! Thanks for the tips on pesto.

We make a lot of pesto since I grow basil. It is so versatile.

You can switch the nuts and greens to your heart's content. I have made it with sunflower seeds, walnuts, pinenuts, and peanuts. I have used basil, carrot top leaves mixed fresh spinach, or other greens that you love. I never leave out the garlic, olive oil, or parmesan cheese though. As for the roast, yum! John has been requesting a pot roast. I plan to cook it low and slow until it cuts like butter and serve it over garlicky mashed potatoes with gravy.
