I have a funny feeling Mr. Hopps must have been angry about something else. I'm sure it had nothing to do with you. I think you were a very good student and tried to complete all your assignments. I don't think not ringing the bell was a federal offense of any kind. Sometimes I question teachers' rules.

You were obviously a great student. I would have been happy with a 90.
I do see why he wanted the bibliography though. It would have allowed him to see your research records on the paper, giving him an idea of how thorough you are.
