Good Morning!
I'm thinking maybe their dog went dodo and the inside of the car was a mess. Possibly or then again maybe they were the designated driver and somebody got way too drunk and started throwing up. These two reasons alone would be cause to contact your car wash. As far as a dead body goes I don't think you can get that smell out but maybe I'm wrong.

Either someone got sick in the car or they murdered someone, and...
They wanted to make sure that they could shampoo and get rid of the evidence.
