Re:

FSI, thanks for sharing that with me.  I didn't know that the Post Office cut back.  I think that explains what is going on.

Re: Goldiec

BC-A, I hope the sun does make an appearance.  I hope it warms things up a bit and melts some snow.

Re: I know Cleveland rocks, but you are welcome to the extreme snow,

Pat, you are so fortunate not to have much snow.  I think it's a perfect day for hot chocolate and a good book.  I like to look at the snow but I don't like going out in the freezing cold weather.

The post office did a lot of cutting back a few months ago. I think we're still feeling the effects of that.

I know Cleveland rocks, but you are welcome to the extreme snow,

I don't need any more than the dusting that mostly melted away yesterday.  Great day for hot chocolate and a good book, though.

Re: We have a ton of piled up snow, but it has stopped snowing.

Sassy, you have such a good heart to venture outside in this weather to feed your birds and fur baby friends.  I know they love you for it though.  Would soft buttered biscuits be something John could eat?  What about pancakes or eggs?

We have a ton of piled up snow, but it has stopped snowing.

It is cold here, but not freezing. I managed to put bird food and peanuts out for my feathered and fur baby friends thanks to John clearing a path early this morning. I am having trouble coming up with dinner. John is on a "soft food diet" due to his mouth surgery. Mashed potatoes, pasta, chicken noodle soup, and pudding only go so far. Keep warm and stay safe!
