healthy snacks are of course ideal! Sometimes though a person might need a naughty treat just for fun.

If you are lucky enough to get "breaks" through the work shift, then yes.

Gotta keep the energy levels up. My hubby only gets one half-hour break. Due to having no microwave in his area of the mill, I send him a large sandwich in his lunch with fruit on the side. If he is asked to work a double, he is in trouble. I am not much of a snacker, but I usually choose a chunk of cheese, crab, or cottage cheese.
