FSI, I had jury duty a few years ago.  It involved murder and a gang war.  You have to look at pictures of the dead person which is so sad.  I never want to go through anything like that again.  It lasted for 8 days.

They are a tedious event.

I have had jury duty, and my husband and I attended the trial of a murderer in a San Francisco court a few years ago as witnesses. It was an experience that I will never forget. They are long, boring, and the best way to get your nerves as raw as they can possibly be.
