Yes it is a bit of a problem along now, it is an extra worry to contend with. Most folk have enough already.

Good post.   We don't have too much longer now to wait to see if we will be having a new or a used president.  Waiting is a big part of life.  How we handle that has a lot to do with our health, both physical and mental, and our relationships to those around us and those we love.  In my old age, if I am at home, I sit looking out my big window at the beautiful fall trees, the blue sky, any people moving around think of inconsequential matters.  LOL

I have lived through some tremendously traumatic and stressful things. Keeping things in perspective helps. Art, music, reading and when I can, writing and other hobbies are good distractions. That said, this year is a rough one for everyone.

Ciel, I read and I write.  I always have and it makes me feel calmer.  This has been a very stressful time!
