Yes. Social structures defines various groups.

The wealthy have a taste for the finer things in life as does the poor, but one group easily affords those finer luxuries over the other. However, it is the poor who are more creative when achieving those desirable things through other less expensive means. Both get the same results with a different price tag, it is just that the wealthy are too arrogant to admit that the poor outwit them.

Oh, Bill, this is a tough one. Nature vs. nurture. Perhaps both. But no, my mom always said, "You can't buy class." Either you have it or you don't. But taste, it can be acquired, or at least learned, but innately, we are what we are. And what's good taste or art or style  to one person, as you have shown, is not to another.
