oh dear, I am sure the rest of you in the class kept really away from all of that. Some teachers really are tough and even in high school I would always visit the school if I thought one of my boys was not being treated fair.

I think I would have wanted to stay as far away from your teacher as I could. John finally figured it out. Sometimes it's best to just stay in the background and do what you are told. I'm so glad you got along with your teacher but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have faired so well. I can be opinionated at times. I try to downplay that part of my personality. Great post!!!

It is good that John found the good side again. I have to say that I know many people who do not speak to their siblings. I get along with mine, but my hubby tends to avoid his. I think it really depends on your childhood and how close the family was during that time.
