Walking in the outdoors, in nature, has always been my favorite way to get exercise for body, mind, and soul.  One an think as one walks, one can sing, one can talk to themselves, one can pray, one can smile at those the pass.  Nothin is wasted.

I'm so glad that you are feeling back to normal.  I'm not sure what leaky gut is but it sounds painful.  I hope you continue to do good.

we used to have a tredmill but gave it to the bible mission to sell when Wiley started to fall from it.

You are doing an excellent job.

The end to a leaky gut is a reason to celebrate! IBS is a hard force to deal with. It changes from month to month. Like you, I love oatmeal too, especially with cinnamon and fruit.

I have thought about trying Zumba.

We have a few Zumba teachers in our area, and they are looking for people to sign up. Walking is my favorite way to unwind, get fresh air, and shed a few pounds. We plan to do a city walk later today after dinner.
