Sassy, great Paranormal article.  Of course, I read it from beginning to end and I can assure you I will not be visiting this hotel. It's much too scary for me.  You won't even find me outside looking in.  I'm amazed that there was anyone that wanted to open the Hotel back up after all the time it was empty.  I've heard but I'm not sure if it's true that old places can still have the diseases from a long time ago in the walls and woodwork.  I wonder about that?
