It will be nice to look at your flowering plants soon, for I expect frosts will wish the outdoor plants goodbye. Sometimes we get the dreaded early one and then it stays mild which is very frustrating. Although I cannot start burning the rubbish until everything is over. Can I borrow your drum?

We brought in our ferns, herbs, and a few flowers. The ferns always survive. I use herbs daily, so hopefully, they will continue to keep me supplied. The basil makes the room smell like pizza. I already cannot wait until Spring.

Kabu, it sounds like you had a delightful day! Being in the garden on a warm day is good for the soul. Your fairy sounds awesome and now that she's come inside she can spend the winter with you and Mr. Graysome! I love it. Don't be surprised if one day you see Mr. Graysome running around the house with your fairy on his back. I hope you share that picture because it will make us all smile. I'm dealing with a gnome from out of town and I've got to figure out what to do. My fairies will be coming inside soon but since it's warm this week they've got a few more days in the warm sun.

What a lovely day you had. Yes, I felt a chill in the night myself so I can imagine in Canada! My day, on the other hand, dear S. Sister, was spent with tech issues. No my strong suit but with a little help - a lot of help - it's all better now! Would have much rather been outside with the flowers and fairie folk!
