My son has a recipe for an amazing dip baked with artichokes and cream of leek soup and cheese! Served with a baguette it is so YUM! Being able to contantly gaze on such scenery is a blessing.

Hi Ceil I have Charlie's book on my Kindle . I will start to read it soon. I had a lot of goldfinches but I only feed small quantities of bird food because last year three rats came and I had to nobble them. I think folk stop feeding the birds if they see them and of course they move to the next available slot.

Happy Sunday!

It sounds like a beautiful day where you are!  I'm amazed that you can look out your window and see Pike's Peak!  I have never cooked artichoke and wouldn't no where to begin.  I hope you enjoy it!  My nephew is on the Keto plan with his wife and they've had amazing results.

To see Pike's Peak with snow - on a sunny day - does it get any better?

I hope we have a calm and mellow autumn.
