Happy Labor Day to you as well.
It has been a year of change, some good, most bad. We both are working today, but it is double time for my better half, so we aren't complaining. I plan to make us pulled pork sandwiches on Hawaiian bread with coleslaw and baked beans, which were inspired by your post from yesterday. I add a pound of crispy bacon to mine and a bit of sweet & spicy seasoning.
