Once had a dog next door running up and down barking until the wee hours, I had to tell the owner I was getting aggro as folk thought it belonged to me.

I have been very fortunate to live in quiet neighborhoods. When there has been noise, it has been for the most part temporary, and my fan can drown out anything.

Yeah, like right now! They are loud. It's a single dad who has custody of his teenage daughter. She is on a type of special ed Distance Learning, with inappropriate shrieks and giggles and no headphone. So loud I could hear her and her instructor in my house with all the windowds closed. He said, loudly and firmly, "Move your head back and away from the screen..." More giggles and shrieks. All week. And that's just for openers.
