I hadn't danced in a while. Then I checked out Dancing to the Oldies with Richard Simmons. I loved the music but some of the steps were not as easy as he thinks they are.

I used to love to dance through to the 21st century. Even last year I was still dancing the twist but not anymore. That 8 weks of the flue has slowed me right down.
