we have just weathered a big storm here but i feel blessed for the garden is soaked and we didn't get the tornado we were warned of

One thing I loved when we camped in the Colorado Springs area so many
years ago was the abundance of rainbows. This came when there was a rain at sunset. Your pictures are so well framed - even when you're not aiming at a gap in the mountains. The potted plants, too. Good work.

How lucky you are to have an observance deck to watch thunderstorms.
I love watching the wind blow through the trees followed by thunder, lightning and rain.
