Walking is great for the joints. It keep's them functioning.
Like you, I love walking and taking in the sights. i am not much for sitting around doing nothing. I am always jumping up from one thing to the next. Maybe that is why I have been referred to as, "high strung," most of my life. It beats being called lazy.
