Keep your eyes open - guys like this seldom settle down and behave.
Each new antisocial step leads to another one that is more serious than the last - at least according to all the true crime documentaries I've watched. He sounds dangerous. Do the authorities allow you to carry a weapon in your neck of the woods?

Makes me smile too! The guy is a sicko! And probably a psycho! Reminds me of the guy who came into our place while I was sunbathing - not topkess. The oaf was coming up the stairs to the bedroom where I had been in the deck. It’s a horrid feeling and no time to be timid. Great post.

You certainly have a winner for a neighbor (sarcasm). There's just something about a "Bob" that's often troublesome. That's why Son #2 (Robert Daniel) has always gone by his middle name. LOL
