Hopefully you will be back to volunteering in just a few weeks.

My family and I used to volunteer at the Elks Lodge during the crab feeds. It was hard work, but it felt nice to do help out for a worthy cause.

Re: Corbin

Could it be that because of everything going on right now, it's more important to use the resources towards dealing with the Chinese Flu???

Yeah, that why they did it. They certainly are a vulnerable population, and I know of two guys there who have gotten it.

It has always filled me with real pride to write with someone who has done this for so long.

It's probably better that you not go there until it's safe to do so. Or are they permitting you to continue?

It does sound as if it may have had to close for now.  I'm sure anyone would miss going there after such a long time.

Your concern is warranted. Having a place to vent is very helpful.

Depression, moodiness and sadness are something that goes with the current territory. I hope that you feel better and that your friend does too. This has certainly been a year that has tested many people on every level possible.
