Coughing will wear you out

Keep resting and drinking your tea. If you can get some essential oils, this mixture has helped to decrease my bouts of bronchitis and helps my cough.

2 oz carrier oil. castor oil, grapeseed, hemp, fractionated coconut. I use castor oil and coconut oil mix. castor oil is anti-inflammatory. 20 drops eucalyptus, 20 drops lavender, 20 drops tea tree oil. cypress oil 50/50 blend in carrier oil helps with cough also, Amazon has a set and Plant therapy is one of the best essential oils sold.

Plant Therapy Top 6 Organic Essential Oil Set - Lavender, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Lemon, Tea Tree, In A Wooden Box 100% Pure, USDA Organic, Natural Aromatherapy, Therapeutic Grade 10 mL (1/3 oz)

Been talking with Dave on Facebook. Mentioned you had sent greetings.

He sends a hug. Check out the FB page Class of Dave - he's doing an online page to encourage writers. Be well.

The world is waiting on a vaccine... Until we get one, C-19 will prowl the world, lurking in crowds and close spaces like planes. Life will get back to normal comings and goings, then, but I imagine some changes will remain--some for the better!

I'm so sorry to read that you had to cancel your trip to Australia. Hopefully, you'll be back there soon.

Wise decision....I think this is not a time to be riding on planes...especially that distance, too much-recirculated air cycles...

Hope you feel better. Staying isolated is best for your health.

You just never know who has the virus. We fear going to the store, but when we do, our masks are in place. We also have gray skies with a whole lot of lighning and thunder. It was nice listening to the rain hitting the roof last night. I also missed a child's birthday due to the warnings on that day in mid-March. Luckily, we had already visited her prior and given her a birthday card. My hubby had that cough too, but it is now gone after medicating for a week. Stay positive and God bless.

Even if you do have it, they'll ask you to stay at home unless the symptoms get dangerous. BC are saying now that if they start ventilators earlier it seems to help a lot! We're learning as we go along. I imagine Mr. Graysome is like the doggies and parrot here - quite happy to have the human home and giving lots of attention!

Stay safe, Kabu. I think we can stand the isolation for awhile,

and we'll get a sunny day soon.  Don't stress yourself about the travel - Australia will be there when you're ready to visit.  Love you.
