Well, they won’t be looting TP because there is none. Not here. The National Guard  has been alerted here to enforce whatever comes next. Lockdown is approaching perhaps. It will pass and the sun will shine again.

i think in Canada they are looking into these problems but it will get bad if that is all that is done. Look see and talk.

They've put the same rules in place in this area, too. Same problems

for people who work for hourly wages, risk of layoffs, and very hard on small businesses, restaurants, etc., that are no longer able to do business as usual. I saw on the news the Congress is working on a package to help with unemployment and other benefits for workers - and a major bailout for the airline industry. And the stock market took a little upward bounce today. I sure hope it doesn't get so bad that people go looting - maybe if we all keep our heads on straight and people help one another we can get through this in one piece.

Now that's a pretty post....doesn't leave much hope for Easter Worship.   Spring will come.  This too will pass...maybe not in my lifetime, but sooner or later.

Re: Re: Sassy...I hope so too.

My job depend's on traveling to different houses in other counties and states. We are seeing a serious shortage in our area, and a few Pittsburgh neighborhoods are known for high crime. I pray that people do not feel that they must take from others what they cannot find elsewhere, especially by bodily harm.

Re: Sassy

That's a great point about the gas aspect. I'm hoping that they can keep them open, just require only card and app payments, which most fuel transactions are.

We are fearing the prospect of home invasions and looters. Our store shelves are bare. We have stocked up for two weeks. Other than that we are going on blind faith that necessary products will be available. Everything is closed here except for stores that offer the essentials like groceries, paper products, medicine, and gas. Once they shut down the gas stations, travel will be the next problem when it comes to getting to work or a hospital.
