I love mushrooms and don’t have any now. Darn. Fresh anything will have to be ordered as we are under state-mandated self-quarantine.

Great. This reminded me of my last eating out at a restaurant probably until the Covid-19 problem goes away. It was so good what I had. A hot skillet full of tender pieces of steak with bell pepper and onion slices and oodles of mushrooms all in brown gravy and over chunks of crispy fried potatoes. I just realized that I have plenty of stuff to eat here but not one tiny mushroom.
