Anger, respect and dislocated emotions are difficult to master.

I have grown up with a lot of pent up anger. Everyone expects you to respect them, but is it reciprocating? Not many believe anymore that you payback what you get. Meaning in order to receive respect, you must give it. Boxing away emotions because you can't handle anymore is a difficult decision and pattern just hiding the issues. I have traumatic brain injury and am alot in the anger room.

This is a great place to channel that anger into a fiery gift of where you find passion. I hope life takes you where you're needing to be.

Anger has its place as we need to process the things that have caused it. Letting it go in a healthy way is best for growth and a peace of mind.

anger and hate and the beed to always be correct with out room for compromise are so terribly sad. They destroy the person who is suffering from feelings like this. Depression and anxiety can overcome the person making them feel worse and worse. i feel that you are working on a positive solution.
