Re: Re: Jemmie

Thanks. I think a strong mind is my best option at this point. I have other health problems that make any surgery not my first choice. And anyway, where would one begin... Thank you, though. I'm fine. People can't tell when they see me.

Re:

C_C_T: Thank you! I am happy to say that after many months, I did finally get the surgery I needed. Chronic pain is gone. YAY! Just healing from the surgery itself, now....but even that is a few months old. I just need to keep up with my physical therapy exercises.

Re:

@Sea_Gypsy: Would surgery help you? Is that even an option?

It is sad a lot moan about trivial aches, which in fact are nothing compared to the trials some suffer. I hope something can be done quickly to ease your pain. Poor RP.

bravely posts when in pain. Honestly I don't think many would do so.

I hear ya! In fact, thers have been many times I could have written this same post! i have a litany of things wrong with my back. Six bulging discs, scoliosis, osteoarthritis, cervical stenosis, bone spurs on the facets, spondylosis, constant tingling from nerve pressure/damage, sciatica - shall I stop now? The worst part is that I’m medication-intolerant. Can’t even take Advil. And it makes it very difficult to sit to write stories or poetry. Yes, I feel for you. Hope they get that MRI approved soon and you feel better. Rest seems to work, if possible.
