It sometimes seems that some businesses are not in business to
sell goods or services, but to scam other businesses - or their own customers. I hope you're able to resolve this one without getting skinned.

Sticky situation. Be good to get away from them since they aren't paying anyway! I do hope they pay you though...

Court is not a pleasant option, but sometimes we must step out of our comfort zone to get what need's to be done finished. Good luck to your family.
