This one is a puzzle to me but I think Kabu may be onto something. The clear cat - someone or something you can see thru? Or someone/something fragile, like glass? Or someone or something that can dazzle in the right light, like crystal?

But I really liked the clear cat. I have been trying to remember what color eyes it had. I am thinking, beryl green.

Yeah... but who painted the shed snakeskin cobalt blue...? And what is with cobalt in my dreams? Like the faery galleon that had a cobalt blue octopus for the ship's cat. That was a long time ago!
