Your operation seems so much more complicated than I would guess
from just being a customer at a car wash... It's good to see you and your dad have the situation in hand.

Re:
I am sorry to hear the problems that have arisen . It is tough going for many a small business, overheads keep rising and wages . Hope it can be resolved soon.

I never realized that the car wash business possessed so many intricate and tedious operations, but with maintenace, rent, earnings, losses, learning about chemicals, various washing stations, and utility costs, this is more complicated than I ever would have thought. Here in our area, a good car wash costs $5-$10 dollars, but they offer monthly rates for regular washers since we are constantly fighting the salted roads rotting holes in our vehicles unless we clear coat or wash them regularly.
