You would laugh at the conversations that Sis and I have.  It is like playing a trivia quiz only no one has the answers on the back of the card.

I lose words and thughts so quick it is difficult now for me to have a real conversation. i expect it is ageing but also going all day and night without someone to talk to doesn't help.

Yes we all have to adjust gradually . It just takes the marbles a little longer to settle. My brother just accused me of drinking his wine. I hope he is not developing a suspicious nature.,

My kids tell me not to worry about these lapses and times we

can't put our finger on that one thing we were going to say... Happens to them, too.

Speaking of the elder-mind, one knows one has achieved it when one can't remember which side of the chicken goes up in the roasting pan. 

And I also understand when you refer to bending and breaking wind...
