Not sure the aggravation and inconvenience of dealing with
courts & lawyers, etc., is worth the angst and tension it will cost, even for $75K. The main thing is everyone's ok or on the mend.

Talk about a freak accident. I am not sure that there is a major lawsuit there, but maybe a little something, something for pain and anguish.
