I think it probably would be a good time to buy if you can find somewhere suitable/
The main thing is to suss out the neighbors, have a few pints in the local it might be worth listening. I remember when you were building your own bed, good luck with this one.

A) I hope Charlie gets a lot of good out of his Nanowhatsis - it's
a great nail your britches to the chair and ieep writing motivator... and
2) You may be tempted to sleep for 20 years once your new bed is set up. The best part of it all is that the darling adorable grandkids are OK and you helped make it so...
