My Laurie & Larry (niece & husband) have always adopted kittys with special needs. They limit themselves to five. One of the five is diabetic. Of course now that Larry is gone, Laurie has all five to nurse plus the business that she and hubby shared. Right now she has a friend staying with her and helping out. I don't know for how long.

I had no idea cats could get diabetes. This is so sad.
Nice that he got through the vet's visit without too much stress.

Oh, no! Poor Mr. G! And poor you! Just one most group of duties for you. I'm sorry. Eventually Mr. G will feel better and hopefully you will be able to fit in the extra work of injections and special meds and food more easily. Just remember to take care of yourself, dear! And how nice Wiley came along. Good for him.
