A good point. Customers want the most bang for their buck and will figure out quickly how to get that.

Kudos on the decision about loyalty 'rewards' & etc.
I usually suspect when they offer loyalty or rewards options, it is to make up for charging higher prices in the first place, but maybe I'm just naturally suspicious... Maybe it is out of the goodness of their corporate heart.... (nah!)
