We had storm warnings all afternoon Friday, tornado watches
in the near vicinity, some heavy rain here. I was hunkered down with my trusty crochet hut and finished up another emoji hat (the infamous poop emoji) and one of the orange and black ones with a spider at the crown. Found a large card of black fuzzy spiders in a Halloween sales rack - so now I need to make 6 more of those...

I expect those records will bring back more memories. I hope you can obtain the missing parts. Yes the doves have had a good innings no doubt they will be back next year.

Oh, what a great story about your dad playing the French record for his French guests! Un grande faux pas. Thanks for sharing it, and do enjoy the records. You just reminded me, again, that I have some records of - who's? - in the garage, or I did have them. Hmm...
