Yes well, I guess one has to try to live for the moment. All I can say is you are giving Wiley the best time possible under the circumstances. Mr G is a very lucky old fellow I don't think he would have had such a high life anywhere else. You must keep your strength up and take a rest when it is needed.

Nothing wrong with wishing. It just shows how wonderful things were and how thankful you are for the remembering.

No, it's not wrong to wish for those better times to return. I've done that many a time myself.

I'm with you, wishing for a return to the better times. I guess you'll
have to go there in your mind until things improve in the here and now.

What RPresta said. It's not wrong to long for things as they used to be. We all go there.

No, it's not wrong nor too much to wish for that, dear lady. You are doing much better than many would be able to do in your situation. Hat's off to you, and here's hoping Mr. G heals up and that Wiley does as well as he can do also. With your good care, I'm sure he will.

Could be Little G's voice will return after it's had a good long rest.
Some elder friends of mine were taking her very elder father to the bank, and when they stepped up to the window, the old fellow said to the teller, "They have a gun in my back." He thought it was funny.

It's a wish, and a second one's needed to enjoy time together. I was born late. It astonishing that it's past the lifetimes of my parents, aunts, and uncles. They would be over 100. My father would be 114. My mother, 101.
