I quite like your 'not just a character but it Fateh thinking and/ or reasoning to myself during the dream sequence'. That's the sign of someone who is elevated (expanded) soul.    Wising you a quick covery to health to being 'hearty'.

Re: Re: Aba Brother - Yes, yes, it was quite clear...

Not all hale and hearty yet.  In fact, I don't know whether I've ever been 'hearty.' lol. I'm feeling much better though. Have been battling severe bronchitis. Still coughing like a seal...

Yes, I understood exactly what you meant. It was beautifully clear. Perhaps I was unable to articulate my thoughts well in my comment, being ill, and having had a dream the night previous to your post that was - well, not quite along the same lines, but still otherworldly vivid. In my dreams I find I am often thinking and/or reasoning to myself during the dream sequence, not just a character in the dream.

Re: Aba Brother

Are you hale and hearty .... I guess not, you aren't posting. Be well big sis, and if you are not up to the mark, please don't strain yourself to read.

God can be seen and felt, not with the eye but with eyes closed, in love, as in meditation. Furthermore, it is indefinable, the experience I mean. This poem in a dream explores the experience. Don't know whether I've been able to make it clear.

Aba Brother

A most soothingly reassuring poem that was a pleasure to read - twice. Often we fail to notice signs, even when they are there in front of us. The sun has often been like a god to humans. Well done.

Re: C C T

It is as if we are deaf or asleep when god comes acalling. But the reconciliation that I will now on spread my arms in welcome well before the sunbeams (the path shower) hit the barns. God has so many times been our guest but unawares, we go on missing Him.

Well I read it three times a poem like this is of course rather personal as one can imagine

how dreams twist and submit one to the brink of a anticipated catastrophe. Release as always is soothing. Not what you meant probably.

Re: Hi Corbin

i must admit that I too am not much of a poet. I find myself more fluent on prose. But when someone like you appreciate my poetry, it sure does gladden me.

I am not big on poetry, when I do read something that grabs my attention,  I must point out that I liked it...
