I don't understand it either. I recently saw aBaltimore Sunarticle where parents of children with special needs lose their cases against the school systems 85%. So much for that whole Free and Appropriate Education.

Amanda couldn't you ask your doctor to speak on your behalf. I don't understand it either. I thought I had better organize my yearly checkup 5 weeks was the earliest I could get one.
