Re: That is a nice artificial fly. Reminds me of my neighbor who still made
Yes it takes ages to make the flies and sometimes a job to get the colored feathers.
I don't somehow think Poet would cut the mustard.

Re: Kabu
I know black days for you. At least Wiley remembers that you are dear to him.

Re: RPresta
Thank you RP. I would not have the patience to tie flies, well as much as I would to go fishing.

Re: FS
I expect a lot of licenses slip through . The option said I did not have cataracts , but that does not make one a good driver.

In America, we don't have to put what our occupation was on our driver's license...Those truly were the days with the innocence and carefree nature of the world when we were children.

I don't know anything much about fishing lures or flies but it's pretty, as is your poem.

That is a nice artificial fly. Reminds me of my neighbor who still made
beautiful ones in his late 90s. I think he also used them to catch fish, but friends of his were always in the market for them, and it paid for the materials. Funny debate about what to call your profession on the driver's license application. I'm guessing the word "poet" would fit in that space...
