I find it to be a modern wonder from getting it to different locations while making sure it remains edible.

Absolutely especially when you look at NYC, millions of tons of produce and meat are coming in on cargo ships....Every time I walk the sidewalks in NYC and pass one of the thousands of  Markets, I am amazed at the quality of the fruits and veggies out in front of the store.

I used to bring groups from Kentucky for a 4-day stay 3 times a year,  I encouraged the people to do just as I did and check them out.
