The water and breathing really stick out to me. I try to drink about a gallon of water a day. It helps a lot...Doing the 4 7 8 breathing exercise helps a lot.

hmmm. Today I have been spring-cleaning. My partner is away for a few days and having made dinner for myself at four-thirty I'm afraid I have run out of steam and am watching TV with a glass of wine.. haha
