Re: Kabu
Herself is the same with Bondi. She owned a kennels once and loves dogs. I think she loves the vet more than the animals. Apart from that when she sees the scenery in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane she can't stop herself saying 'been there, done that.'
And she drinks Earl Gray (Grey)? All the best Kabu.

I sort of know how you feel because I just love TV or movies where there are snatches of scenery or places where I have been in the past and have memories of great experiences. I am very glad though to live in the city/area where I have always lived.

My uncle George was a WWII soldier stationed in Australia and
when the war was over and the troops returned to the USA, George brought a darling little blonde wife home with him. Aunt Goldie was fascinating, with her sayings and warm heart. Long after Gma Lucy had gone to the old folks' home and Uncle George had succumbed to lung cancer (which they blamed on the Hanford Atomic Plant that was located upwind from their ranch) she gave me a copy of some of my grandma's hand-written stories. I don't know if it's just because Australia, especially the outback, reminds me of the old west here in North America, or because of Aunt Goldie, but I've always loved it. If I could travel anywhere outside this country, that's the first place I'd want my passport stamped.
