Thank you Pat. Nothing is simple, but sometimes it is fun.

Re: Taps
Yes I have seen mixes, but we used to make them from eggs and flour. I might have to experiment.

I'm sure Amazon does that here in the States. I've never ordered anything from them, so I can't say for certain...Gotta watch Granny.

I don't fix pancakes very often, but I keep a little box of complete mis that all you have to do is add a little water to however much you want. You can make just one pancake and add anything you want like a few blueberries, or some chia seeds, or whatever.

A little frost in the morning and a sunny day, light breezes and
pancakes for breakfast. What could be better? My pancakes always came out of the Bisquik box, too. Good news these days, they even have a gluten-free version. Love those internal rhymes and the story lines - it all seems so effortlessly done, just naturally fallen into place, but I know better. Good Job!

Grandma may be fun to have around! My grandma was a lot of fun. Of course, newlyweds like Wolfy don't really want any company. I just use the Bisquick pancake recipe, though I do have an entire cookbook of just pancake and crepe recipes somewhere around here.
