Among the thousands of Americans who visit China, they are more likely to target those with Chinese ancestry and because of the Huawei thing, those who are doing business in China. We will be mere tourists.

The news for Charlie's job is encouraging. Fingers crossed...
Also encouraging is the news about your sunny warm temps - as the weather seems to motate from west to east, perhaps tomorrow's weather will bring moderation to this neck of the woods.

Charlie and I are visiting Beijing for 10 days in April, and China is one of those countries where visas are required. I posted about that in my 'travelblogue' a couple of weeks ago, of that whole process.
